Guess what the first thing was that we did at Universal Studios. If you guessed that we went to gift shops and bought souvenirs, you are right! Once we managed to get ourselves out of the shops, we went walking around and did the next favorite thing of ours... we ate! Finally we got to the business of checking out Universal Studios. First around the corner were...

	Tommy from the Rugrats! Grandad, Joey, Breeana, and Christer all went to see the "Rugrats Magical Adventure."

Just to make sure we really did enough shopping, we hit the gift shops AGAIN on the way out of Universal Studios. You never know... there could have been something we missed. Grandad tells everyone he spent all his time on this trip waiting outside the doors of gift shops. Can we help it if he doesn't like shopping?

We left Universal Studios and headed over to Hollywood. We went to Grahman's Chinese Theater to look at all the stars feet and hand prints. Judy Garland had itsy bitsy tiny feet. We also walked down Hollywood Blvd. looking at the actor's stars on the sidewalk.

We walked a little further and went into the famous Wax Museum. It was pretty cool. All the wax models looked so small though. They didn't look like they were made to scale. Breeana and Joey went with Nama through the Chamber of Horrors. This was the section from scary movies like the Exorcist. It was like going through a house of horror with the eerie noises and things jumping out and scaring us. Breeana has a really LOUD scream!

We hit rush hour on the freeway back to our hotel. That in itself is quite a California experience.

We are now at the end of Christer's Make A Wish trip. We hope you have enjoyed it as much as we did.

We left Disneyland, California Adventure, Knott's Berry Farm, the beach, Universal Studios and Hollywood with many wonderful memories. This trip was a wish come true for Christer and a wonderful trip for all of us. We all give our heart felt thanks to the Make A Wish Foundation for making this trip possible for Christopher.

On our way home, we stopped for lunch just inside the Arizona state line. After lunch, Grandad and Nama took Joey and Breeana on an extended trip to the Grand Canyon and other places. If you would like to follow and see this part of our trip...
